Mater LTD takes the security of the Mater website and services seriously. If you believe you have found a vulnerability, we ask that you report it privately and give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remediate before any public disclosure.

How to report

Submit your report through our secure contact formand include "Security report" in the notes, along with steps to reproduce and the affected URL or endpoint. We do not publish a contact mailbox here to reduce abuse; the form routes directly to our team.

Guidelines

• Act in good faith and avoid privacy violations or data destruction
• Do not run automated scanning that degrades service availability
• Do not access, modify, or exfiltrate data that is not your own
• Give us reasonable time to remediate before public disclosure

Scope

This policy covers the public Mater website (materltd.com) and its request form. Customer deployments operate inside customer-controlled environments under separate agreements.
