When you submit an assessment request through https://www.materltd.com, we collect only the information you provide (company, contact name, work email, optional phone, and operational context) for the sole purpose of reviewing whether Mater may be a fit for your business.

We store only the lead data necessary for that review. Requests are stored securely, are not published publicly, and are not sold. Access is limited to authorised Mater LTD staff involved in qualification and deployment review.

We log limited technical metadata (such as a privacy-conscious record of request time and a hashed or truncated IP) to protect the form against abuse. We do not log raw request bodies, and we minimise retention.

Mater is designed around a local raw-data boundary: customer business records processed during a deployment stay inside the customer-controlled environment by default and are not part of this website's data collection.
